VP Commercial Lending

Covantage Credit Union is seeking an experienced commercial lending leader who is passionate about people, relationships, and community impact. In this role, you’ll work closely with the Senior Vice President of Commercial Lending to lead and develop a high‑performing team, ensure exceptional service for business members, and grow a strong, high‑quality commercial loan portfolio. You’ll combine strategic leadership with hands‑on lending expertise—coaching employees, strengthening community and business relationships, and making sound credit decisions that support our members’ success and Covantage’s mission.
