Associate Project Finance

POSITION: Associate - Finance and Corporate Advisory Services / Consulting Location: New Delhi Compensation: Competitive in Market KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Deliver high-quality work under team lead guidance, meeting project requirements, timelines, accuracy, and completeness. Develop expertise in complex financial models, business drivers analysis, scenario and sensitivity analysis. Conduct business valuations and investment analysis through due diligence and valuation exercises. Understand commercial and contractual implications in Project Financing. Design and develop optimal client solutions. Prepare reports, information memorandum, summaries, and presentations. Participate in negotiations of commercial and contractual project aspects. Engage with clients to understand and respond to their needs. Conduct sector, geographical, and client research for business development. Assist in developing proposals for potential clients. Requirements QUALIFICATIONS: Master’s in Finance from premier B-Schools OR Chartered Accountant. CFA Level 3 clearance is a valuable asset. 0 to 3 years of experience. Experience with international banks, developers, investors, or similar institutions is beneficial. Infrastructure/Project finance experience is preferred. Proficient in financial modeling and contract analysis. Strong analytical, communication, and reporting skills. Ability to work under pressure in multicultural and multidisciplinary team
