Civil Construction Manager

Title: Civil Construction Manager (Building) Location: Senegal Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced Civil Construction Manager to oversee building projects for our client in Senegal. This role requires a professional who can manage all aspects of civil construction, from planning to execution, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the construction of building projects from start to finish. Coordinate and supervise the work of contractors, engineers, and laborers. Ensure compliance with all building codes, regulations, and safety standards. Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively. Resolve any construction-related issues that arise on site. Conduct regular site inspections and meetings to monitor project progress. Requirements Qualifications: Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. Proven experience as a Civil Construction Manager, particularly in building projects. Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines. Proficiency in construction management software.
