Construction Supervisor Job Description: We are seeking experienced Construction Supervisors to oversee field activities on a major EPC gold mining project in Mali. This role requires strong site leadership, technical knowledge, and the ability to manage subcontractors and local labour teams effectively. Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day construction activities across designated areas. Supervise subcontractors and local labour teams. Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality, and safety. Monitor schedules and progress reporting. Support cross-discipline coordination. Requirements Minimum 5 years’ EPC experience in gold mining or heavy industry. Background in construction supervision (civil, structural, or mechanical). Strong leadership and site management skills. Safety-focused and familiar with EPCM site protocols. ECOWAS citizenship (French language an advantage).
