Management Information Systems Manager

Job Title: Management Information Systems Manager Department: MIS Reporting to: CFO Location: Sierra Leone Rotation: 9/3 or 6/2 About the Role: Lead the MIS department at a remote mining site in Sierra Leone. Oversee ERP systems implementation, including Microsoft Dynamics and MVP, and manage inventory and spare parts systems. Requires strong ERP experience, leadership skills, and a background in heavy industry. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute MIS strategy. Manage ERP system implementation and optimization. Ensure system performance and data integrity. Provide data analysis and support decision-making. Train and mentor team members. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field; master’s or relevant certifications preferred. Extensive experience in ERP systems, particularly in mining or heavy industry. Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills. Work Environment: Remote mining site, regular travel required.
