Job Title: Renewable Energies Quality Controller Location: Mpumalanga, South Africa Job Type: Full-Time Department: Quality Assurance Reports To: Quality Assurance Director Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Renewable Energies Quality Controller to ensure the highest quality standards in our renewable energy projects in Mpumalanga. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of either electrical or civil engineering principles and a strong background in quality control within the renewable energy sector. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement quality control methodologies to ensure compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements. Conduct regular inspections and audits of ongoing projects to ensure all work complies with quality standards. Coordinate with project managers and engineers to discuss and resolve quality issues as they arise. Prepare detailed reports on quality assurance activities, findings, and project progress. Monitor the installation and operation of electrical or civil components to ensure that they meet technical specifications. Implement corrective measures and continuous improvement practices to enhance project quality. Train and guide project staff on quality control standards and best practices. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 10 years of experience in quality control, with at least 3 years specifically in the renewable energy sector. Strong technical knowledge of renewable energy systems, with a focus on either electrical or civil components.
