Position Overview: We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Planner for our client's operations in Senegal. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordinating all planning activities related to mining operations and projects. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive project plans and schedules. Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely completion of projects. Monitor project progress, identify potential delays, and devise contingency plans. Conduct resource planning and allocation for efficient project execution. Utilize planning software and tools to maintain accurate project records. Provide regular reports on project status and progress to management. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field. Extensive experience in planning, preferably in the mining or related industries. Proficiency in project planning software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera). Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and leadership abilities.
