neoBIM is a well-funded, fast-growing startup revolutionizing the Architecture, Engineering & Construction (AEC) industry. We build AI-powered Building Information Modeling (BIM) software that makes design smarter, faster, and more sustainable. Our platform covers the full building lifecycle — from early-stage design to handover and digital twin operation.

Sustainability and life cycle thinking are at the core of what we do. We are building the next generation of integrated LCA workflows directly inside BIM — and we need passionate people to help us get there. Join us and be part of something thatmatters.

  • Lead and oversee Life Cycle Assessments (LCA) for complex building projects across the German and international construction industry
  • Translate complex sustainability data (materials, energy, emissions) into strategic insights and actionable recommendations for clients and stakeholders
  • Architect and drive scalable LCA automation solutions using AI, LLMs, and modern tooling — owning the technical vision end-to-end
  • Define and implement AI-powered workflows leveraging LLMs and intelligent agents to streamline analysis, reporting, and cross-functional processes
  • Shape product strategy by identifying market opportunities, challenging existing approaches, and driving innovation across LCA and BIM integration
  • Mentor junior team members and serve as a technical authority on sustainability, LCA methodology, and AI-driven solutions
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, and design teams to deliver high-impact features for architecture firms worldwide
  • Communicate findings and strategy clearly to technical and non-technical audiences through compelling dashboards, reports, and presentations
