Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email, ensuring all questions and requests are handled promptly and professionally.
  • Support order processing from start to finish with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Receive, organize, and process product returns efficiently.
  • Assist at the front desk by greeting customers and managing in-person order pick-ups.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the database.
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience with every interaction.
  • Responsibilities may evolve over time; employees may be asked to take on additional duties as needed to support business priorities.

 

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or client-facing role
  • Ability to lift, push or pull up to 50+ lbs.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to learn new systems quickly

This role requires 5 on-site days weekly to ensure in-person collaboration, improved communication, effective teamwork, and real-time problem solving to enhance team synergy and productivity. A standard 40 hour work week is expected. 

The hourly rate of pay for this role is $18. The rate will be determined based on overall skills and experience.
