The Fulfillment and returns Specialist is responsible for the packing and presentation of all orders including accurate scanning and vetting processes of Equipment. Responsibilities include the management of physical inventory, management systems, database management, forecasting, requisitioning of internal and external controls and auditing with the objective of maximizing record accuracy and traceability.

Responsibilities

  • Review the daily shipping scope and prepare outbound orders for shipping.
  • Good communication skills. Daily contact with our rental clients is expected.
  • Responsible for maintaining proper inventory levels of shipping supplies for daily operation.
  • The ability to manage projects to completion including timely follow through when required by circumstances.
  • Detail-oriented and a problem solver.
  • Proactively seeking ways to improve operational efficiency.
  • Maintain an organized and safe work environment.
  • Other responsibilities as determined by Management.
  • High School diploma
  • 3 + years’ experience working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience processing UPS and/or FedEx required.
  • Professional self-starter with a growth mindset.
  • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing in English
  • Must be computer literate, including working knowledge of Excel and Outlook.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds.
