• →Maintain proper and adequate set-up of the cafe on a daily basis. This includes requisitioning and stocking of coffee, paper products, straws and stirrers, condiments and grab & go items based on projections from the daily occupy forecast to ensure product quality.
• →Greet guests in a courteous and friendly manner, promotes and documents orders for drinks. Make and present  drinks using standard ingredient recipes with a sophisticated style.
• →Abide by all State, Federal and Corporate requirements pertaining to food safety.
• →Input orders into a register at the point of sale and creates a check for each guest, including those served by other beverage servers, to maintain accountability of all beverages served.
• →Receive cash from guests, makes any change needed, verify validity of charges, record charges, and ensure vouchers are properly executed, in order to balance all moneys.
• →Lock up and stores all beverage, food and other equipment items, deposits cash drops and secures bank. 

You have a keen eye for detail, and respect the importance correct order delivery, an impeccably clean work-station in a hotel. You have six months of experience as a Barista or similar experience in Food and Beverage.  You have a passion for delivering excellent customer service and making sure our guests have a memorable experience. Food handler certification a plus. The pride you have in your organizational and time management skills will be a great benefit in this role.
