Responsibilities

→Process new user access requests in accordance with established procedures while meeting Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and performance metrics.
→Review, validate, and submit completed system access packages for security approval.
→Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to user account access requests.
→Track and maintain user access requests using internal tracking systems.
→Respond to customer inquiries regarding system access, account status, and support requests.
→Analyze data to identify trends, improve processes, and support operational decision-making.
→Prepare reports, briefings, and documentation for management and stakeholders.
→Monitor workflow performance and recommend process improvements.
→Collaborate with security personnel and cross-functional teams to resolve user access issues.
→Ensure compliance with organizational policies, security requirements, and customer service standards.
→Support additional help desk and data analysis functions as assigned.

Requirements

Security Clearance
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance
Education and Certifications:
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline; or five (5) years of equivalent experience

Required Experience and Skills:

Minimum three (3) years of experience supporting U.S. Air Force or Department of Defense logistics, maintenance, or supply operations
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel
Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting Enterprise Logistics Management System (ELMS) or similar logistics applications
Previous experience supporting help desk operations or user account administration
Experience preparing metrics, reports, and executive briefings
Knowledge of Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and performance reporting
Familiarity with Air Force logistics business processes

Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to troubleshoot technical and procedural issues
Strong data management and reporting capabilities
Ability to analyze information and identify process improvements
Effective interpersonal communication skills
Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment
High degree of professionalism and integrity when handling sensitive information

Physical Requirements

Prolonged periods of sitting while working at a computer
Frequent use of computers, keyboards, and office equipment
Ability to communicate effectively in person, by telephone, and through electronic communications
Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds
