Marketing Manager
Quick Summary
Vendor Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for the firm's digital and print marketing vendors, holding outside partners accountable to deliverables, deadlines, performance, and results.
Are you a data-driven marketer who knows how to turn fragmented campaigns into a measurable, accountable marketing engine?
Do you excel at managing outside vendors, tracking performance, and knowing when to double down, or pull back, based on the numbers?
Are you already using AI to create smarter content, analyze competitors, improve reporting, and streamline marketing workflows?
Are you ready to take ownership of marketing execution for a boutique trial firm focused on signing the right high-value cases, not simply generating more leads?
- Please do not reach out through our website's contact information (telephone, email, or web chat) or via direct messaging on any social media platform.
Stephens Law is a boutique plaintiff's trial firm in Fort Worth, Texas, focused exclusively on catastrophic trucking accidents, wrongful death, and serious injury cases. Founder Jason Stephens has recovered more than $300 million for clients over nearly three decades, including two of the largest truck accident settlements in Texas history. The firm deliberately limits its caseload so that every case receives the attention and preparation necessary for trial, an approach reflected in its No Mill Guarantee.
Stephens Law's marketing currently spans outside vendors supporting SEO, pay-per-click, social media, legal directories, and select print publications, along with intake tracking through the firm's CRM and lead management platform. While these individual pieces are working, the firm needs one person who can bring them together, create accountability, and provide a clear picture of marketing performance.
The Marketing Manager will take ownership of marketing execution and performance while working closely with the Founder, who sets the firm's overall marketing strategy and tone. This is not a traditional people-management position; instead, you will manage vendors, systems, reporting, referral initiatives, and outcomes. Success means knowing exactly where cases are coming from, what the firm is spending to acquire them, which channels are producing the right cases, and where resources should be reallocated.
