Responsibilities

- →Case Management: Track each case from sign-up through litigation to resolution, ensuring deadlines and milestones are met.
- →Calendar Management: Oversee discovery and filing deadlines, ensuring all dates are well-documented and tracked.
- →Medical Records Management: Coordinate the ordering, tracking, and follow-up of medical records, ensuring all are received and in order.
- →Document Management: Handle the organization and preparation of legal documents, ensuring everything is filed accurately.
- →Client Communication: Serve as a point of contact for clients, providing updates and responding to inquiries with professionalism.
- →Scheduling: Organize depositions, mediations, and court proceedings, ensuring all parties are informed and prepared.
- →Litigation Support: Assist attorneys with discovery responses, document drafting, and evidence gathering.
- →Accountability Driving: Actively hold the attorney accountable by following up on deadlines, pushing next steps, and ensuring no case stalls.
- Personal Injury Experience: Proven experience in personal injury law, including both pre-litigation and litigation phases.
- Detail-Oriented: Strong task management skills with extreme attention to detail is critical, missed tasks or lack of follow-through will not be successful in this role.
