As a Quality Control Specialist, you will help ensure the accuracy, consistency, and quality of creative and digital deliverables before release. You will work closely with Designers, Producers, Developers, and Creative Teams to identify issues and ensure assets meet brand, creative, technical, and client requirements.

This role is ideal for professionals with experience in Quality Control, Quality Assurance, Design, Digital Production, Creative Production, or related fields who have a strong eye for detail and enjoy problem-solving. Whether you are looking to grow your QC experience or transition from a creative background into Quality Control, this role offers the opportunity to build expertise across creative production, testing, technical validation, and digital workflows.

You will review a variety of deliverables, including static assets, video, HTML emails, banners, websites, and digital experiences, while developing your knowledge of QC methodologies, technical specifications, testing practices, and digital production workflows.

This position requires full on-site attendance, five days per week, at the Barreal office (Heredia, Zona Franca Metropolitana), from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm (CR time).
