The Human Resources Generalist will provide operational support to the Human Resources team as well as facilitate onboarding, manage employee files, handle information requests and special projects, and perform additional administrative functions including, but not limited to, preparing and sending correspondence, auditing confidential files, and working closely with different teams to provide a positive employee experience.  This position reports to the Human Resources Senior Manager within the Human Resources function. 

  • Facilitate HR onboarding process for new hires, including issuing offer letters, employment agreements, background check requests, and other HR documents for employees located globally.
  • Facilitate HR offboarding and termination processes, including documentation and communication for employees and independent contractors located globally.
  • Serve as HR Partner and process business and employee changes in Workday system as required.
  • Liaise with IT to secure employee email account and laptop prior to employee onboarding date, and assist with equipment collection for employees offboarding.
  • Triage to general correspondence and inquiries sent to internal ticketing platform.
  • Facilitate onboarding, offboarding and management of contingent workers.
  • Audit employee records for accuracy and maintain records throughout employment cycle.
  • Respond to internal and external information requests.
  • Concurrently manage multiple and ad-hoc projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experiences working in HRIS platforms, ideally Workday
  • Minimum of two years in human resources, operations, or consulting

  • A bachelor’s degree (or higher) in business administration, human capital/resources, or communications.

  • For applicants located in Virginia, CrossCountry Consulting is required to include an estimate of the compensation range for this role. The following range takes into account a wide range of factors including but not limited to, skills, experience, education, licenses, certifications, business needs, and internal equity. An estimate of the current range is $55,000 - $70,000 per year + annual bonus + additional benefits.
