What You Bring

Accredited Personal Training Certification or a Bachelor's in Sports and Physical Education
First Aid Certification
Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills
Fluent English; additional languages are a plus
Bonus: MMA, Boxing, Bodybuilding, Injury Rehab, Postnatal, or other specializations

What You'll Do

Deliver personalized one-on-one sessions and track client progress
Motivate clients to complete their sessions and hit their goals
Manage bookings and schedule changes through our trainer app
Plan sessions ahead and confirm timing with clients before each one
Schedule feedback check-ins so clients see how far they've come
Help clients get the most out of their training packages

Beyond the Sessions

Join weekly team meetings and daily check-ins with your manager
Support members on the floor and assist with sales and lead follow-up
Keep training areas and equipment clean and organized
Rep the brand in your Crunch trainer attire
