About the Role
~1 min readJoin Crusoe Energy as an Assembly Lead and spearhead the final assembly of our innovative manufactured products and components. You will be responsible for overseeing a dedicated team that performs the final assembly of manufactured products and components to completion. This full-time, hands-on role is crucial for maintaining production flow and upholding our commitment to quality, as you’ll ensure every product is finished with precision, properly packaged, and palletized for shipment. You will review work orders to guarantee your team has all necessary resources—including hardware, components, and in-house parts—while coordinating with other department leads to proactively prevent material shortages. If you possess a strong mechanical aptitude and a passion for operational excellence, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Licensed Forklift Operator.

Proficiency in crating and packaging products for shipment.

Knowledge of UPS and FedEx tracking systems.

Experience using Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software; Infor Visual or Acumatica experience is a plus.

Solid computer literacy in MS Office and Google products.

ISO 9001:2015 experience.

Metal manufacturing experience.

~1 min readCompensation will be paid in the range of up to $30-35/hr + Bonus. Restricted Stock Units are included in all offers. Compensation to be determined by the applicants knowledge, education, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
