Join Crusoe Energy as an Assembly Lead and spearhead the building building assembly of our innovative manufactured products and components. You will be responsible for overseeing a dedicated team that performs the building assembly of manufactured products and components to completion. This full-time, hands-on role is crucial for maintaining production flow and upholding our commitment to quality, as you’ll ensure every product is installed and finished with precision. You will review work orders to guarantee your team has all necessary resources—including hardware, components, and in-house parts—while coordinating with other department leads to proactively prevent material shortages.
