About the Role
~1 min readCrusoe is seeking a dedicated and strategic New Product Introduction (NPI) Category Manager to support and optimize New Product Introductions for Crusoe Cloud compute initiatives. This role is critical for driving speed and efficiency, new standards, and high quality of deployments, directly contributing to the overall success of Crusoe's Cloud expansion. We are looking for a strong operator and strategic thinker who can be the single threaded leader for NPI Sourcing, bringing a strong background in global sourcing, project management, supplier relationship management, and process improvement to the team. This is a full-time position with flexibility to be based in San Francisco (CA), Sunnyvale (CA), Seattle (WA), or Denver (CO).
Requirements

Professional certification such as CPSM, CSCP, or CPIM.
Experience with AI/data center infrastructure supply chains.

~1 min readCompensation will be paid in the range of up to $132,000 -$160,000 + Bonus. Restricted Stock Units are included in all offers. Compensation to be determined by the applicants knowledge, education, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
