About the Role
~1 min readJoin Crusoe as an Early-Career Manufacturing Engineer and help build the foundation for our production facility optimization. While our design teams create the 3D models for modular integrated electronics buildings and power distribution equipment, you will focus on the practical application of how these products come to life.
This role serves as a vital entry point between engineering design and the factory floor. You will assist in designing efficient plant layouts, support throughput optimization, and provide daily production support to ensure we meet our manufacturing goals with safety and precision. You will be an active participant in the product lifecycle, learning to provide manufacturability feedback and assisting with continuous improvement initiatives on the line.
Requirements
~1 min readExposure to Plant Simulation software or modeling tools.
EIT certification or foundational Six Sigma training (Green Belt).
Experience or coursework related to ERP/MRP software for managing BOMs.
A strong drive to learn and a proactive attitude toward improving manufacturing processes.

~1 min readCompensation will be paid in the range of up to $85,000 -$95,000 + Bonus. Restricted Stock Units are included in all offers. Compensation to be determined by the applicants knowledge, education, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
