About the Role
~1 min readCrusoe is seeking an experienced and proactive Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) Manager to join our expanding team and champion safety across our Data Center construction projects portfolio. Based at our office in Dallas, TX, with travel to additional locations, you'll be an integral member of the Digital Infrastructure Group safety team. Your deep technical safety knowledge, especially in mission critical builds, steel erection, electrical and mechanical safety, will be crucial. We're looking for someone who can effectively communicate across all levels of the organization, continuously assess and mitigate risks, and foster a robust safety culture. This is a full-time position where your expertise will directly contribute to the efficiency and well-being of our critical power infrastructure.
Requirements

~1 min readUniversity degree in a related field (e.g., Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering).
Specific expertise in steel erection, electrical/mechanical safety (NFPA 70E), and earthwork.
Certifications such as CSP, ASP or CHST
Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth company environment.
Proven ability to drive cultural change related to safety.

~1 min readCompensation will be paid in the range of up to $136,000 -$165,000 + Bonus. Restricted Stock Units are included in all offers. Compensation to be determined by the applicants knowledge, education, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
