As a Pre-Construction Manager at Crusoe, you will be a pivotal leader in the development of our hyperscale data center projects. You are responsible for the critical phase where vision meets reality, overseeing all pre-construction activities to ensure our projects are meticulously planned, budgeted, and scheduled for success. In this role, you will drive the initial phases of our most ambitious builds, setting the stage for the efficient, sustainable, and high-performance construction execution that defines Crusoe’s infrastructure.

This role demands a strategic thinker who can navigate the complexities of large-scale construction management while maintaining a keen eye for detail and a collaborative spirit. You will serve as the bridge between conceptual design and the first shovel in the ground, aligning diverse stakeholders—from architects and engineers to vendors and senior leadership—around a common goal.
