We are seeking a Senior Backend Tooling Engineer to design, build, and scale the internal platforms and tools that empower Crusoe’s Customer Success, Support, and internal Engineering teams. You will be part of the Cloud Customer Experience (CCX) organization, focused on enabling operational excellence through high-leverage tooling.

This role is critical in ensuring that internal teams can move quickly, debug issues efficiently, and deliver a seamless experience to our customers. You’ll build systems that provide visibility into customer environments, streamline workflows, and reduce operational friction across the cloud platform.
