As a Pre-Construction Senior Project Manager, you are the strategic architect behind Crusoe’s physical expansion. You will own the high-stakes transition from conceptual vision to shovel-ready reality for our hyperscale data center projects. Your role is mission-critical: you ensure that every project is meticulously planned, accurately budgeted, and rigorously scheduled long before the first stone is turned. By navigating the complexities of site feasibility, vendor negotiations, and design coordination, you set the foundation for the world’s most advanced AI-first cloud infrastructure.

This leadership position requires a rare blend of analytical depth and collaborative influence. You will drive the initial phases of our most ambitious builds, serving as a pivotal leader who can anticipate risks, optimize costs, and align diverse stakeholders. We are seeking a veteran of large-scale construction who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about building the infrastructure that will power the next generation of AI.
