Builder/Assembler - 1st Shift

Crystal Cabinet Works is seeking an Builder/Assembler to join our team in Princeton, MN!

Schedule & Pay:

1st Shift: Monday-Thursday 6:00 AM – 3:15 PM ; Friday 6:00 AM – 10:00 AM 

 Salary Grade D

$21.00 - $24.95

Job Summary: 

The Builder/Assembler is responsible for performing all the functions of the Builder position and the Assembler position.

Job Duties: 

• Builds all framed product lines in sequence.
• Assembles all framed product lines in sequence.
• Reviews paperwork/drawings for job specifications and prioritizes work.
• Assists in the training of new employees as assigned.
• Makes fundamental mathematical calculations and reads measurement devices, i.e. tape measure, etc.
• Fills in other area as needed.
