Responsibilities

- Recruiter Screen: A 30-minute conversation with our recruiting team to align on the role, your background, and what you are looking for.
- Hiring Manager Interview: A conversation with the Director of Product Management & UX focused on your back-office platform experience, how you operate on a small team, and your approach to data foundations and integrations.
- Domain Interview: A deeper conversation with the VP of Product focused on back-office systems knowledge, vendor and platform decisions, and how you reason through complex operational tradeoffs.
- Potential Take-Home Project
- Cross-Functional Panel: A conversation with peers across product, engineering, and retail operations to discuss how you collaborate across functions, communicate technical tradeoffs to business stakeholders, and work across capability areas.
- Reference Checks: Conducted in parallel with the final stages where possible.
- Offer: We move quickly for the right candidate.
