Horticulture Technician Red Seal Cert.

At CSL Group Ltd., we’re raising the bar in commercial landscaping. We’re looking for a Red Seal Horticultural Technician or a graduate with a degree in Horticulture or a related field to bring technical expertise, passion, and attention to detail to our team.

• →Apply horticultural expertise to tasks such as pruning, planting, turf care, bed maintenance, and softscape installation
• →Support and collaborate with crew members on daily maintenance activities
• →Identify and address the needs of a variety of commercial landscapes
• →Operate and maintain landscaping equipment safely and effectively
• →Assist with training and sharing best practices with team members
• →Maintain high-quality standards across all job sites
• →Represent CSL professionally when interacting with clients and the public
• →Adapt to changing weather conditions and job site demands with a positive mindset

• Red Seal Horticultural Technician OR a degree in Horticulture (or related field) (required)
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (required)
• Bilingual – English & French (spoken and written)
• 1–3+ years of landscaping or horticulture experience
• Strong plant knowledge and attention to detail
• Team-oriented with good communication skills
• Physically able to lift, dig, climb, bend, and work outdoors for extended periods
• Eagerness to learn, grow, and develop technical skills
