• Emptying trash receptacles and picking up litter on commercial sites throughout the city
• Working with a turf or bed maintenance crew as needed (mowing, weeding, trimming etc.)
• Competent using a smart phone
• Attention to detail
• Time management skills
• Self motivated
• Responsible
• Flexibility to work different shifts; mainly nights
• Ability to establish great relationships within a great team
• Familiar with working in ever-changing weather conditions
• Impress us with experience using mechanical tools, operating machines, and maintaining equipment
• Experience is an asset but not required
