We are looking for a working Crew Leader to run a small crew of 2 to 3 people.

You will be hands-on, keeping work on track, making sure the job is done right, and making sure nothing important gets left behind at the yard.

• →Lead a small crew of 2 to 3 team members on garden sites
• →Keep daily work organized and moving efficiently
• →Work alongside your crew maintaining garden beds and properties
• →Perform hands-on gardening tasks including:
  • →Planting, weeding, edging, and mulching
  • →Pruning shrubs and maintaining plant health
  • →General upkeep of flower beds and landscaped areas
• →Keep sites looking clean, sharp, and well cared for
• →Operate equipment when needed, but focus on detailed garden work
• →Maintain tools and ensure everything is ready for the day
• →Help train crew members on proper techniques
• →Communicate any issues or concerns to Operations early

• 2 to 3 years of landscaping or gardening experience
• Experience leading a small crew or ready to step into that role
• Strong work ethic and ability to make decisions on the fly
• Valid driver’s license with ability to drive a truck and trailer
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors all day
