Responsibilities

→Own cost accounting, reconciliation, and financial analysis across programs and departments.
→Lead budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and scenario planning.
→Own ERP integration and optimization, including Workday, identifying the best approach to improve processes and resolve gaps.
→Leverage technology, automation, and AI to streamline financial and reconciliation processes.
→Partner with senior leadership to provide actionable financial insights and drive strategic decisions.
→Lead high-impact financial projects and process improvements from strategy through implementation.
→Drive standardization and scalability across accounting, budgeting, and financial operations.

Understanding how financial systems connect.
Reconciliation Ownership: Ability to own the reconciliation process end-to-end, identify gaps, and determine the best approach to fix and optimize it.
Technology & Automation: Ability to leverage technology, automation, and AI to improve financial processes.
Python: Experience with Python is a plus, but not required.
ERP Experience: Experience with Protheus (TOTVS) is preferred and with integrating this with Workday, but not required.
