Traditional retail models, built around brick-and-mortar locations, often struggle to compete in today’s digital-first landscape. Challenges such as cost efficiency per square foot, logistics-optimized locations, and seamless technology integration have made it clear that a new approach is needed.

Responsibilities

→Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
→5-7 years of experience in construction management, with at least 3 years spent in Food & Beverage or restaurant construction
→Proven experience managing BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and costing across various scopes (e.g., Civil, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, Gas).
→Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes, and industry standards.
→Hands-on experience in project planning, budgeting, risk management, and cost control.
→Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage large teams, contractors, and client interactions.
→Proficiency in Microsoft Office or GoogleDocs, and construction management software.
→Experience with FIDIC contracts, project scheduling tools (Primavera P6, MS Project), and quality control processes.
→PMP or CCM certification is a plus.
→Fluency in English and Arabic is essential
