CloudKitchens helps restaurateurs worldwide succeed in online food delivery - our goal is to make food more affordable, higher quality, and convenient for everyone.
We take underutilized properties and transform them into smart kitchens so they can better serve restaurateurs, customers, and the neighborhoods they’re in. Every time we launch a new facility we create jobs in that neighborhood, and we’re proud to provide a wide range of cuisines and options for healthy food at an affordable price.
We're changing the game for restaurateurs whether they’re entrepreneurs opening their first restaurant all the way through to your favorite global quick-service restaurant chains.
Responsibilities
~2 min read- →Design and execute strategic projects that directly unlock sales productivity across four regions globally (North America, Europe, Asia, and Latam), working shoulder-to-shoulder with Regional General Managers and Sales Leaders to define the problem, build the solution, and deliver measurable operational and financial impact.
- →Own the enablement and rollout execution for every initiative coming from the Strategy & Operations team: translate strategy into clear, compelling materials — presentations, playbooks, trainings, SOPs — launch them across regions, identify where adoption is falling short, and drive corrections with the teams responsible — Sales Ops, Inbound, Outbound — iterating on messaging, format, and delivery until the organization actually moves.
- →Operate at the critical junction between strategy and results: our team exists because great ideas, technical developments, and great products and tools die without someone owning the last mile. You'll make sure they don't — by wiring every initiative into the sales organization through the right communication, the right training, and the right cadence.
- →Communicate across every level and format: present to 3-5 regional leaders in a working session, run a 100+ person enablement rollout the next day, write the memo that gets leadership to act. The audience changes constantly — you adapt and move like a fish in the water across all of them.
- →Scale what works: take proven frameworks from North America and roll them out globally, adapting messaging and training for regional context without letting each market start from scratch. Just as importantly, identify what's working in other regions that could be scaled back to North America.
- →Build whatever the initiative needs to land: presentations, playbooks, one-pagers, trainings, certification programs, SOPs, talk tracks, competitive battle cards, and executive memos. When the unlock is a training that changes how a team sells, you build and deliver it. When it's a deck that rewires how a team thinks, you build that too.
- →Drive urgency relentlessly: we sit at the end of the funnel where business results are made or missed, and every week of slow adoption costs real revenue. You push stakeholders to move fast and hold them accountable.
- →Pursue excellence in everything you produce — every deck, every training, every playbook, every rollout — with the energy and attitude to sustain high speed, high pressure, and high autonomy over time.
- You've spent time in consulting, sales enablement, or a client-facing role where you built a strong foundation in making complex ideas land with diverse audiences — through presentations, trainings, and written communication — and now you're ready for the next step: owning how an entire global sales organization receives, understands, and executes on strategic initiatives.
- Google Slides/Power Point is a must-have — you live in decks and know how to make complex ideas land visually and narratively.
- Strong writing and documentation skills are non-negotiable: playbooks, SOPs, training guides, executive memos — you write clearly, concisely, and for the right audience every time.
- Experience designing and delivering commercial trainings — both live and asynchronous — with a clear understanding of how to make enablement stick, not just ship.
- Fluency in English is required.
- High agency and speed: you move fast on ambiguous problems, structure them quickly, and drive toward action without needing someone to clear the path or push you forward. You're self-motivated and don't wait for direction to start moving.
- Strong stakeholder management with senior leaders — you've influenced GMs, VPs, or partners and held them accountable to timelines and decisions.
- Comfortable presenting to a small leadership group and a large, mixed-seniority audience in the same week, adjusting depth and tone for each.
