About the Role
~2 min readDefine the multi-year sales enablement roadmap and strategy, ensuring alignment with Color’s long-term commercial objectives and revenue goals.
Partner with Executive Leadership to codify and institutionalize Color’s sales methodology and "gold standard" for commercial excellence across all segments (payer, employer, and health system).
Build the "Color Sales Academy," ensuring a premier onboarding and ongoing development experience for our commercial team. Design and run certifications and ongoing trainings.
Support the selection, implementation, and optimization of a sales enablement tech stack to drive measurable productivity gains. Build out AI efficiencies that are embedded in GTM daily operations across the team.
Partner with Marketing to own the creation and ongoing iteration of the sales narrative, while working closely with Marketing and Executive Leadership. Develop and maintain talk tracks, pitch decks, and core messaging, giving sales a consistent, compelling story at every stage of the deal.
Own go-to-market enablement for new product launches and messaging updates. Turn what Marketing and Product build into training, certifications, and field-ready materials before launch day.
Serve as the voice of the field. Bring real feedback from sales conversations back to Marketing and Product to sharpen messaging over time.
Partner with People on new hire logistics, cohort scheduling, and manager enablement, so frontline sales managers can reinforce training in the field.
Report on program impact to sales and commercial leadership, and evolve the curriculum as headcount, product, and go-to-market strategy shift.
Build out RFP content and support custom RFP responses for AEs [can be above a certain deal size]
Support custom seller enablement needs for major deals
