Trucking Operations Support Specialist

We are seeking a reliable and proactive Trucking Operations Support Specialist to support daily fleet operations and equipment management for our transportation division. This position plays a critical role in coordinating fleet maintenance, supporting drivers and owner-operators, monitoring equipment utilization, and ensuring efficient communication between dispatch, maintenance vendors, and operations teams.

• →Manage daily fleet operations and driver dispatch coordination
• →Oversee on-time delivery, load coverage, and fleet utilization
• →Monitor driver schedules, attendance, and overall performance
• →Coordinate vehicle maintenance, breakdown response, and equipment status
• →Communicate with customers, brokers, and drivers to resolve operational issues

• Strong work ethic with a high level of reliability, responsibility, and attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) for basic data entry and communication
• Bilingual in Korean and English (written and verbal)
• Friendly, approachable, and able to build positive relationships with drivers and team members
• Team-oriented with good communication skills and a cooperative attitude
• Willingness to learn, take direction, and grow in a fast-paced trucking environment
