Yard Coordinator

Location: 19431 S. Santa Fe Ave., Compton, CA 90221

Type: Full-Time

Salary Range: $50,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily yard activities (In & out).
• Direct truck traffic and ensure proper staging of the equipment.
• Communicate with yard workers for safe cargo handling.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Maintain accurate yard inventory records and update accordingly.
• Inspect cargo conditions and report damages or discrepancies.
• Minimize yard congestion and optimize space utilization.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in yard operations, logistics, or transportation is preferred.
• Interpersonal skills and ability to communicate professionally.
• Multitasking and problem-solving ability.
• Basic Computer Skills (Microsoft Office)
• Ability to read cargo dimensions and weight specifications
• Team-oriented mindset with strong coordination skills.
• Proficient in English & Korean preferred
