Country Manager - Japan

Provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for CTI’s operations in Japan, ensuring regulatory compliance, effective integration with regional and global operations, and alignment with corporate objectives. Serves as the senior in-country representative and primary liaison with the PMDA, strategic vendors, and key partners, while driving cross-functional collaboration on processes and procedures, and leading initiatives in business development, marketing, human resources, staff leadership, and operational delivery and performance. Oversees the administrative functions of the Japan entity, working closely with global departments to ensure compliance with legal, labor, and tax requirements.
