Data Entry

Data Entry role is responsible for managing product information and image uploads to the company website. This includes ensuring accuracy, conducting quality checks, and handling data for new SKUs. The role also involves creating descriptions for special product categories, minimizing errors, and coordinating with teams for image editing and beauty shoots.

• →Upload product details, images, and specifications to the website accurately and on time.
• →Manage and edit product images, including overseeing beauty shoots.
• →Double-check product listings to ensure correct titles, descriptions, and images. 
• →Write unique descriptions for special edition and best-selling products. 
• →Track and fix errors in product uploads and data entries. 
• →Ensure timely uploads of new SKUs to the website.

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree.
• 1-2 years of data entry experience, ideally in retail or e-commerce. 
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy. 
• Proficient with image editing tools like Photoshop or Canva. 
• Familiarity with MS Excel or Google Sheets. 
• Ability to manage large amounts of data efficiently. 
• Good communication skills to collaborate with different teams. 
• Strong time management and ability to meet deadlines.
