About the Role:

We are seeking an Inside Sales Administrator to join our team at Culligan Central Ontario located in Barrie, ON. In this position, you will report to our Sales Manager and play a key role in supporting our sales team and ensuring the smooth operation of our sales process. If you are a detail-oriented individual with a passion for customer service, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

Work with the Sales Manager and assist the sales team with day-to-day administrative tasks.
Manage and respond to customer inquiries and requests via web mail, text and telephone.
Prepare sales reports and presentations.
Support the development and implementation of sales strategies.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a sales or customer service role
Strong communication and organizational skills
Basic proficiency in Excel, Word and CRM software
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
