Cullligan water is looking for a Route/Cover Delivery Driver who is responsible for transporting and delivering bottled water and related products to residential and commercial customers. This position requires frequent lifting, carrying, and maneuvering 5-gallon water jugs (approximately 50–55 lbs each) and other products. Drivers regularly deliver items to locations that require climbing multiple flights of stairs, navigating uneven surfaces, and entering homes or businesses without elevator access. The role involves repeated lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and carrying throughout the workday while maintaining safe lifting techniques and providing courteous, professional customer service.

Responsibilities

Deliver water treatment products to residential and commercial customers safely, accurately, and on schedule.
Prepare, process, and complete delivery orders, including collecting payments and issuing invoices as required.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer questions, concerns, and complaints professionally and promptly.
Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and applicable transportation regulations.
Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and proper working condition of company vehicles and delivery equipment.
Complete end-of-route check-ins with supervisors, providing daily delivery updates and reporting any customer issues, vehicle concerns, or route discrepancies.

Qualifications

High school Diploma or equivalent GED
1-3 years of route experience preferred, although not required
A valid driver’s license
Ability to use a mobile device or tablet
Detail-oriented, highly organized
Able to effectively engage with strangers and establish professional relationships
Excellent communication skills with customers and teammates
Clean and professional appearance
Able to frequently lift 50 lbs
