  • Salary relative to experience ranging from $ 104,936 to $ 115,790 + superannuation and annual leave loading

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organised and proactive professional who enjoys coordinating activities, supporting others and keeping things running smoothly. You will support a diverse range of projects and initiatives, build strong relationships with stakeholders, and play a key role in helping the department deliver important outcomes for the people and communities of NSW.

 

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive coordinator who loves bringing order to complexity, keeping things on track and helping others succeed. You will be someone who naturally looks for opportunities to support the team, enjoys juggling multiple priorities, has exceptional attention to detail and takes pride in ensuring everything runs seamlessly. With a positive, can-do attitude and strong communication skills, you will build great working relationships, coordinate activities with ease and help deliver high-quality outcomes across the team.

The Department of Climate Change, Energy, the Environment and Water (DCCEEW) work to protect the state’s environment and heritage. It leads the way on climate change, driving the sustainable transition to a net zero economy, powered by affordable, reliable, and clean energy.

DCCEEW conserves and protects the state’s natural environment. It manages the NSW national park estate, including its rich and diverse biodiversity and Aboriginal cultural heritage for future generations.

DCCEEW also ensures sustainable management of water resources across the state, to support the environment, communities and industry.

We acknowledge the ongoing custodial responsibilities of the Aboriginal peoples of NSW to care for Country and water and are committed to establishing meaningful partnerships with Aboriginal peoples in the management of the environment.
