As the Business Services Manager, you'll lead a team that keeps critical business services running smoothly across Greater Sydney Parklands (GSP). You'll play a key role in improving how services are delivered, strengthening workforce capability and providing insights and advice that help leaders make informed decisions and achieve organisational priorities.
Working across multiple parkland locations, you'll drive business improvement initiatives, support organisational change and build strong relationships with stakeholders to deliver consistent, customer-focused and compliant services. Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Experience leading and developing business services, administration or corporate support teams, creating a positive, accountable and customer-focused culture.
- →Strong relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams, influence outcomes and communicate complex information clearly to a range of audiences.
- →The ability to identify opportunities for improvement, analyse information and develop practical solutions that enhance service delivery, organisational efficiency and business performance.
- →Experience supporting or leading change initiatives, with the ability to help teams adapt to evolving priorities, systems and ways of working.
- →Strong organisational skills and sound judgement, enabling you to balance competing priorities, manage risks and deliver high-quality outcomes in a complex environment.
- →A collaborative leadership style that values learning, continuous improvement, employee engagement and developing the capability of others.
