Support projects that transform government property assets into places that create lasting social, economic and environmental value for communities across NSW. You'll work alongside industry experts and stakeholders to help deliver development, transaction and advisory projects that make a real difference.

 

This is a hands-on opportunity to build your project management capabilities while contributing to complex property initiatives. You'll coordinate project activities, manage competing priorities and play an important role in delivering quality outcomes that help shape the future of our communities.

  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills, building productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support project delivery and achieve shared outcomes.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to prepare clear documentation, present information effectively and collaborate across diverse teams.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, using research, analysis and sound judgement to support project activities and address challenges in a timely manner.
  • High level administrative and organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities, maintain accurate records and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
