We have an exciting opportunity available for a Director to join the EPA to lead the EPA’s AWNSG technical team.

 

 

You will be a purpose driven, outcomes focused, collaborative and passionate advocate for the environment, communities and NSW EPA. You will lead your Branch in providing expert technical and scientific advice, including monitoring for air, water, noise, soil and groundwater and drives the development and delivery of regulatory solutions to protect the environment and human health.

It is desirable for you to have qualifications in economics, science, research or a related field.

 

 

The Regulatory Practice & Services division provides scientific, technical, and applied advice to enable evidence-based decision-making in the EPA.

Through guidance, monitoring and incident coordination, we ensure evidence-based decision making and drive best practice regulation to protect environmental and human health.

The division provides incident management expertise to support the NSW EPA’s leadership of the Environmental Services Function through state emergency management arrangements.
