• Temporary full-time opportunity up to February 2028 (35 hours/5 days per week)

• Salary relative to experience, and ranges from $154,231.00 to $178,369.00 (Clerk Grade 11/12)

As the Manager Capital Program Delivery, you’ll be responsible for leading the planning and delivery of a high number of small to medium sized infrastructure, building and asset renewal projects that support the long-term performance, sustainability and growth of the Park's extensive asset portfolio. You'll work with a diverse range of stakeholders to drive projects from concept to completion, balancing competing priorities, funding constraints and community expectations to achieve successful outcomes.

Beyond delivering projects, you'll play an important role in influencing future investment priorities, supporting asset management planning and helping to ensure that capital programs create lasting value for the organisation and the communities who enjoy Sydney Olympic Park. • →Experience delivering complex capital, infrastructure or building projects from planning through to completion, ensuring successful outcomes across scope, budget, quality and time requirements.
• →Strong project leadership skills, including managing contractors, consultants and delivery partners while maintaining compliance with relevant standards, policies and contractual requirements.
• →Knowledge of asset management and capital investment principles, with the ability to support asset renewal, lifecycle planning and future investment decisions.
• →Strong commercial and financial acumen, including experience managing project budgets, forecasting, procurement activities and expenditure controls.
• →Ability to work effectively with a broad range of stakeholders, build strong relationships and balance competing priorities in a dynamic and complex environment.
• →A proactive, solutions-focused approach combined with excellent communication skills and a commitment to delivering projects that create long-term value for Sydney Olympic Park, its visitors and the wider community.

• Relevant tertiary qualifications in Project Management or Civil Engineering and/or extensive management and technical experience in project management focussed on planning and delivery for civil works in a major urban park, venue event precinct or an emerging urban centre.
