You’ll play a key role in shaping how government property assets are planned, developed and transacted. Working closely with senior leaders and a wide range of stakeholders, you’ll help deliver projects that balance commercial outcomes with community, environmental and policy considerations.

As Manager, Property Strategic Advisory Services, you’ll manage advisory, development and transaction projects for government property assets and portfolios. Your work may span rezoning, remediation, adaptive re‑use, development, acquisitions, leasing and disposals.

You’ll lead projects from early analysis through to delivery, drawing on technical specialists and consultants, and providing clear, considered advice to executives, ministerial stakeholders and agency clients. You’ll balance competing priorities, manage risk and governance requirements, and help ensure projects deliver optimal outcomes for NSW.

  • Managing complex property development, advisory and transaction projects
  • Providing expert advice on property strategy, feasibility and risk
  • Leading consultants and service providers across planning, legal, environmental and commercial disciplines

Requirements

  • Tertiary qualifications in a property‑related discipline (such as planning, valuation, property economics, property law, project management, property development or engineering)
