Requirements

  • Experience in the functional administration of a HCM System preferable SuccessFactors with exposure to Learning and Performance modules. Knowledge of PageUp is desirable.
  • Technical Expertise: Hands-on experience with system integrations, user accounts and role-based permissions, data management.
  • Experience with SIT, UAT, regression testing and defect management
  • Demonstrated experience supporting HR systems, including managing user queries, troubleshooting technical issues, and facilitating system enhancements within a complex organisational environment.
  • Ability to create and update system processes, procedures and support documentation for all people system changes.
  • Outstanding stakeholder engagement skills, fostering strong relationships and ensuring alignment with diverse stakeholders to achieve outcomes. 
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Enjoy autonomy and demonstrates proficiency in working independently while maintaining meticulous attention to detail amidst high-volume workloads.
  • Collaborative and user-focused, with a proven ability to work effectively in fast-paced, complex, and evolving environments.
