~1 min read- Experience in the functional administration or consulting of a Human Capital Management System preferable SuccessFactors within people & culture system or technology team.
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors modules particularly learning and Performance modules and knowledge of PageUp is desirable.
- Demonstrated experience supporting HR systems, including managing user queries, troubleshooting technical issues, and facilitating system enhancements within a complex organisational environment.
- Ability to create and update system processes, procedures and support documentation for all people system changes.
- Outstanding stakeholder engagement skills, fostering strong relationships and ensuring alignment with diverse stakeholders to achieve outcomes.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Enjoy autonomy and demonstrates proficiency in working independently while maintaining meticulous attention to detail amidst high-volume workloads.
- Collaborative and user-focused, with a proven ability to work effectively in fast-paced, complex, and evolving environments.
