About the Role
~1 min read- Experience providing project coordination and administration support across multiple projects, including monitoring actions, issues, financials, milestones, and cross-workstream dependencies, to support effective project governance and the successful, timely delivery of project outcomes.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret budget commitments, forecasts, invoices, variations, and reporting.
- An engineering, construction, infrastructure or related background, with an interest in developing broader project delivery and commercial capabilities.
- Confidence for building productive relationships with a range of stakeholders across government, industry and internal/external partners.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities, maintain accurate project documentation and meet deadlines.
- A proactive and collaborative approach, with strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to delivering quality outcomes.
- An understanding of project management principles, procurement or commercial processes, and a willingness to continue developing your project delivery expertise.
- Capability in approvals coordination, including planning approvals assistance, REF inputs, utility interfaces and stakeholder consultation
