• Salary relative to experience, and ranges from $154,231 to $178,369 + super

Help deliver innovative housing programs that support residential development across NSW - like the Pre-sale Finance Guarantee. You will lead the assessment and management of a diverse portfolio of programs, working with government, the residential construction industry, financial institutions and delivery partners to unlock new housing opportunities and improve outcomes for communities.

You will guide a high-performing team, provide strategic advice to senior decision makers and build strong stakeholder relationships to support informed investment decisions. This is an opportunity to influence complex programs and contribute to solutions that address the state's housing supply challenges.

• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain productive relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders, achieving shared outcomes through effective engagement, negotiation and collaboration.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess complex information, balance competing priorities and develop practical recommendations.
• Proven leadership capability with experience leading teams, allocating resources and maintaining high standards of performance, quality and accountability.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present complex information clearly and provide strategic advice to diverse audiences.
