About the Role

The Team Leader Post Approval is key to the successful delivery of critical renewable energy infrastructure for NSW and manages a small team that assess post approval documentation and requirements for transmission infrastructure projects, and other State significant projects as required.

This role is suited to someone who thrives on delivering high quality outcomes, can manage competing priorities, and brings a solutions-focused mindset to complex challenges. The role requires strong written skill, initiative, adaptability, and a proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively to achieve high-quality results.  

 

You will lead and coordinate the day-to-day activities of a team of post approval officers including the review of a high volume of post approval documentation for transmission and other renewable energy projects, ensure the provision of consistent and quality feedback to Proponents to improve the quality of post approval documentation., streamline processes and improve environmental management outcomes and implement and maintain systems to pro-actively monitor all post approval items to ensure timely reviews and signoffs. 

 

Do meaningful work with visible impact and drive the implementation of best practice and innovative post approval processes to meet Government goals for the efficient and sustainable delivery of state significant infrastructure.
